Without unboxing Video  Please make a video while opening the parcel (full unboxing video)  We are not responsible for any loss or damage products without unboxing video proof.  If the product have any damages, you must show it on the unboxing video
Retaking of the video wouldn't be considered
Used and scratched pieces wont be exchanged at any cost(eg Airpods, Watches)  Guideline For Unboxing Video :
1. Show 360 Degree View of Package Received to confirm no tempering with package.
2. Cover Package Label View in Video.
3. In case of watches or Bands switch on and show display / if not charged please charge in that video and power on it may take 1-2 mint max.
4. Failing to provide video as per guideline will leads to rejection of claim if any.  There are many scammers in market and so we have clearly stated process in this guideline....  ITEM WILL TAKE ONLY RETURN WITH PROPER UNBOXING VIDEO AND WITHOUT ANY SCRATCHES ON THE PRODUCT
